Schedule Reports And Exports
Use Reports & exports on the stripboard to share the plan and review people requirements across shooting days. Available report controls depend on feature access.
Download The Schedule
- Open the intended stripboard.
- Check the scenario name, filming order, day dates and timings.
- Select Reports & exports → Download Schedule PDF.
- Open and check the downloaded PDF before sharing it.
The PDF reflects the schedule's ordered strips, including activities and day separators. Keep a downloaded copy labelled clearly when circulating alternative scenarios.
Download Shot Lists
Use Reports & exports → Download Shot List for the schedule's shot output. A day-break Download shot list for day control provides that day's output. Check the strip's shot assignments first if shots are missing.
Download Scene Breakdowns
Open a scene's breakdown on the stripboard and select Download PDF to download that scene's breakdown. To download every scene breakdown for one shooting day, select the PDF icon on that day's break. This is separate from the adjacent download arrow, which downloads the day's shot list. The scene-breakdown PDF includes the scene details, cast, location, elements, schedule notes and assigned shots.
Read Day Out Of Days
Day Out Of Days shows when each character or crew role is required across the chosen schedule. Cast requirements come from scheduled scenes; crew requirements come from the roles selected for each shooting day. The stripboard's Day Out Of Days control is available to productions with Professional access.
- Select Reports & exports → Day Out Of Days where available.
- Choose Cast or Crew.
- Use Search cast / Search crew, Assignment and Working on to narrow the view.
- Use Clear filters to return to the full report.
- Select a work code to view that day's cast or crew requirements.
- Select Download Report for the chosen type.
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
| SWF | Start, work and finish on one day. |
| SW | Start work. |
| W | Work. |
| WF | Work and finish. |
| - | Not required. |
Scroll horizontally to see more days. Unassigned counts identify roles/characters without a contact.
The Start and Finish columns show the first and last required days; Work days counts the days on which that character or role is needed. Select a day heading or work code to open its daily requirements. Make changes through Manage Cast or Manage Crew, then return to the report to review them.
Troubleshooting
If the report says there are no shoot days, add end-of-day breaks to the board. The on-screen Day Out of Days filters help inspection; do not assume those filters also limit the downloaded report. Check its contents after downloading.
If no characters appear, check the cast requirements on the scheduled scenes. If no crew roles appear, select the required roles for each day in Manage Crew. Use Clear filters if existing requirements appear to be missing.
