Previewing And Downloading A Budget
A budget preview presents the chosen scenario for checking and sharing. Use its output buttons to download the plan.
Preview And Export
- Open Budget and select Manage for the scenario.
- Select View Budget.
- Review the summary and cost details.
- Select Download PDF for a shareable document, or Download Spreadsheet on the preview page for spreadsheet output.
- Open the downloaded file and check totals, descriptions and scenario identity.
Troubleshooting
If a total is unexpected, review the entry's cost amounts and quantities. Previewing another scenario changes which plan you are reviewing; it does not merge scenarios. For spreadsheet downloads, open View Budget and use Download Spreadsheet there.
