Check Before Sharing
- Save the changes in the relevant area.
- Open the intended document, schedule, day or budget scenario.
- Apply available report options where the article describes them.
- Download the file and inspect it.
- Check dates, people, notes and totals relevant to that output.
On-screen filters do not necessarily limit an exported file. The Day Out of Days article explains this distinction. A downloaded file is a copy at that time; download a fresh copy when the saved plan changes.
Troubleshooting
A missing export control can reflect access restrictions. Missing data in a report often needs correction in the original record. For financial outputs, check totals against the underlying costs or invoices before circulation.
