Managing A Location Set
Manage a location set in CinePlatform to keep scouting information and filming logistics in one place. A set can be associated with more than one story location.
Update Set Details
- Open Locations and select Location Sets.
- Select Manage beside the set.
- In Details, update the name and description.
- Add practical information under Contact and Address and Logistics, including contacts, address, nearest hospital, What Three Words, parking and location notes, infrastructure, requirements, advantages and challenges.
- Select Update Location Set to save the changes.
Use the Open In Google Maps link when an address is available to inspect the location.
Add Supporting Information
Use Set Photos for scouting images and the available Notes, Chat, Attachments and Tasks tabs to coordinate work. Tabs and actions depend on production access and the permissions granted to your account.
Review Set Assignments
The set's Location Assignments section shows story locations linked to the set. Assign or unassign locations there, or use the assignment controls on a story location.
Delete A Set
Use Delete Set only when the set is no longer needed. CinePlatform asks you to confirm before deleting it. Deletion is different from unassigning a set, which removes its link to a story location.
