Approving A Location Set

Approve a location set to mark it as the selected real-world filming option for a story location. You can assign several candidate sets to a story location, but the approved set identifies the current choice.

Approve A Set

  1. Open Locations and select Manage beside the story location.
  2. Review the assigned location options and their details.
  3. Select Approve beside the chosen set.
  4. Check that the set is marked Approved and appears in the Approved Set column on the locations list.

Approval applies to the story location and its chosen set. A set's assignment to a location alone does not make it the approved choice.

Change Or Remove Approval

To select a different candidate, approve that set for the story location. To remove the current choice without selecting another, use Unapprove. The assigned set remains associated until you separately unassign it.
