Account Settings

My Account keeps account settings separate from the production contact information in My Details.

Update Your Account

  1. Open your avatar/name menu and select My Account.
  2. Under Profile Information, update Name or Email and select Save.
  3. If shown, follow the email verification instructions for the updated address.
  4. Under Update Password, enter Current Password, New Password and Confirm Password, then select Save.
  5. Under My Preferences, set Date Format and Currency, then select Update Preferences.

Date choices are DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY and YYYY-MM-DD. Some reports and narrative date labels have their own display format.

Choose Notifications

  1. Find Notification Settings.
  2. Choose the events under Notify When for platform notifications.
  3. Choose the events under Email Me When for email notifications.
  4. Select Update Notifications.

Choices cover chat messages, task assignments and updates, shared work, schedule changes and production invitations. Email choices and platform notification choices are separate.

Change Your Profile Picture

  1. Select Upload Profile Picture.
  2. Add your picture in the Upload Image window.
  3. Wait for the upload to finish, then close the window and check your profile picture.

Troubleshooting

Changing a preference requires its own update button; saving profile information does not save the other sections. Use My Details for production contact information rather than expecting the account form to contain it.
