Navigating CinePlatform
The navigation separates your personal work from the tools for the production you currently have open.
Open A Production
- Select Productions in the navigation.
- Find the production by name; use Search... if the list is long.
- If it has Accept Invite, accept the invitation first.
- Open the production from its name, card or list entry.
- Check the production name in the navigation before changing production information.
The production menu includes Overview, Scripts, Script Breakdown, Mood Boards, Shot List, Tasks, Scheduling, Coordination, Calendar, Cast, Crew, Locations, Elements, Call Sheets, Budget, Expenses, Contacts and Availability, with Files, Chat and Users where available.

Account And Help Controls
Select Help at the bottom of the sidebar to browse the user guide. Use Search help… to find an article and expand a topic to see its articles. On mobile, open the main menu to find Help, then select Browse topics to open the guide's topic list.
Open your avatar/name menu and choose My Account for profile, password, preferences and notification settings. Logout signs you out. The top bar's Report an Issue icon opens the support form where displayed. Hovering over an icon can reveal its purpose.
Troubleshooting
If a production or action is missing, first check that you accepted its invitation and opened the intended production. Your access may allow you to view an area without creating, editing or deleting its items. Ask the production owner or a team member who manages Users to check your permissions.
