Receiving And Confirming Call Sheets

Call sheets tell you the filming plan and your practical instructions for the day. Confirm receipt after reviewing the information.

Read A Sheet In Your Account

  1. Select My Call Sheets.
  2. Find the production and sheet and select View.
  3. Read the date, calls, locations and notes carefully.
  4. Select Confirm Call Sheet when you have reviewed it.
  5. Check the confirmation information shown on the page.
  1. Open the call-sheet link from the message.
  2. If the page asks for a PIN, enter the supplied PIN and select Verify.
  3. Review the sheet.
  4. Select Confirm Recieved to acknowledge it. This spelling follows the public-link page.
  5. Use Download, or Download This Call Sheet after confirmation, to keep a copy.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot find a sheet in your account, check the recipient email and whether it was sent to a contact associated with you. Acknowledging receipt is not a request to change your call time. Contact the production directly if an instruction is unclear or you cannot attend.
