Signing In And Creating An Account

Use your CinePlatform account to access personal scripts and the productions you own or join.

Register

  1. Open the registration page.
  2. Enter Name, Email, Password and Confirm Password.
  3. Complete the verification challenge if displayed.
  4. Select Register.
  5. Follow the email verification screen and the link in your verification email.

Use the email address to which a production or script invitation was sent so that the invitation can be associated with your account.

Sign In And Reset A Password

  1. Open the sign-in page and enter Email address and Password.
  2. Select Log In.
  3. If you cannot remember the password, select Forgot your password? on the desktop sign-in page.
  4. Enter Email and select Email Password Reset Link.
  5. Follow the link in the message, enter Password and Confirm Password, then select Reset Password.

If the account requires email verification or policy acceptance, complete the screen shown before entering the platform.

Troubleshooting

Check the validation message beside a field rather than repeatedly submitting unchanged information. If a verification message is missing, select Resend Verification Email on the verification screen and check the mailbox for the account's email address. An accepted account registration does not automatically accept a production invitation; use Accept Invite in Productions.
