Downloading Location And Location Set Reports
Download a PDF report to share story-location requirements or location-set scouting information with the production team.
Download A Story Location Report
- Open Locations.
- Select Manage beside the story location.
- Select Download Location PDF.
The report includes the location description, requirements, logistics, construction status, concept images and notes. It also includes assigned sets, their available details, images and notes, with the approved option identified.
Download A Location Set Report
- Open Locations, then select Location Sets.
- Select Manage beside the set.
- Select Download Set PDF.
The set report includes its practical details, available images and notes, plus whether it is approved for any of its assigned story locations.
Report contents reflect the information recorded on the location or set. Add or update missing information before downloading. Image files that cannot be prepared for the PDF may prevent the report from being generated.
