Adding Item Images And Attachments
Characters, locations, elements, shots, tasks and other supported records provide their own media tabs. This keeps material close to the work it explains.
Add And Describe An Image
- Open the relevant record and its image tab, such as Images, Concept Images, Set Photos, Inspiration or Storyboards.
- Select Upload Images.
- Choose the images and wait for upload completion.
- Select an image to inspect it.
- Enter Caption and Description, then select Save Changes where editing is permitted.
Storyboard image details use Movement and Shot Description instead. Delete Image removes the selected image after confirmation. Take Photo is also provided by the shared image tools where the browser/device supports camera capture.
Attach Supporting Documents
- Open Attachments on the relevant record.
- Select Upload Files.
- Choose files and check the uploaded list.
- Select Download to open a copy where permitted.
- Select Delete only for attachments you intend to remove and confirm its prompt.
Troubleshooting
Upload, edit, download and deletion can be independently restricted. Some tabs also depend on feature access. If a reference is missing, check the item and tab to which you uploaded it. Images in a shot's Inspiration tab are different from its storyboard frames, and writer map images use the map's own Image control.
