What is a call sheet?
A call sheet is a daily document that tells cast and crew where to be, when to arrive and what is being filmed. It usually includes call times, location addresses, scene details, weather, contact numbers, hospital information and special notes for each department.
Why do I need a call sheet?

It reduces confusion, cuts down on phone calls and makes sure that cast, crew and suppliers all have the same information. What should a call sheet include?
Include the production title, shoot day and date, general crew call, location and parking details, scenes to be shot, cast call times, department notes, key contact numbers, sunrise and sunset times and nearest A&E.
